Ingredients
Serves : 4
1 cup basmati rice
I/2 cup boiled peas
1/3 cup dryfruits
2 tablespoon ghee/oil
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon garammasala powder
1/2 tbsp salt and sugar
1/3 cup of chopped coriander leaves to garnish
Directions
Heat ghee in a pan.. Add mustard seeds let them crackle and lil bit of sweet neem leaves let them crackle..add boiled peas turmeric. Powder salt garammasala powder red chilli powder and sugar as per taste and mix with peas and dry fruits and let them mix for 5 mins after everything is done add boiled rice and mix nicely garnish with coriander leaves and pulav is ready to serve with raita
